Close to transport - bus station and 3 different metro lines. Wide array of food and useful shops nearby, including massage for weary travellers! Saturday morning market. Montparness tower nearby offers great views. Neat and tidy hotel, great bathroom. Good to be able to open windows. Lovely view of park in quiet side street.

Convenient for city centre, parking, pleasant receptionist
Room was strictly no smoking, but smell of smoke was very strong. Advertised internet all rooms, but could not get signal in our room. No tissues in bathroom. Flies in room.

Hotel good. Only issue for holiday makers is that it's not in walking distance of town. We had car so were ok. Good for business people

Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean
The hotel promises WiFi (wlan). I was given the login details. They didn't work. The clerk at reception couldn't help, he said he had no idea. That was that. The clark next morning said that I should have been given a different code, that the nightshift clerk had obviously been unaware of proper procedure. Errors can happen. However, both clerks were utterly indifferent to the fact that an important part of the service promise had been broken. Not due to adverse circumstances but due to an annoying "couldn't care less" attitude.

Vincent the receptionist was very friendly, parking was convenient literally just across the street, room was large and well equipped, shower excellent, breakfast was good. Very convenient for the cathedral.
The restaurant directly opposite the hotel was very snooty and unhelpful - the Chinese buffet 100m along the street was excellent though!
